Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the day you received your order. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have original tags.

Refunds
If you would like to return your item, please send us an email to daysgonebyco@gmail.com explaining why you would like to make the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund (minus all shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not cover return shipping costs for items being returned.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged and will cover your return shipping costs. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at daysgonebyco@gmail.com. If you need to exchange for a different size in the item you purchased, we will be happy to do that for you. The item must be unworn and in original packaging with tags. You must send the item back to us and once the item is received, you will be refunded. Then you can place a new order for the correct size. We are not responsible for any shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once the item is shipped, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for items that go missing due to the shipping courier. 

If you have had the product for 3 months or longer, you are not able to exchange or return due to wear or tear.

 Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

We are not responsible for any import or duties fees.
